About the role

New America’s Education & Work programs seek a Communications Intern to assist in developing communications to raise the programs’ public profile using diverse media tactics. The intern will become an integral member of a three-person Ed & Work communications team in a hybrid setting in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate can dedicate 18–25 hours per week, starting mid-September and extending through December 11, 2026, with potential for extension depending on program needs and candidate
