Who You Are: A skilled Executive Assistant with at least 10 years’ experience in supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-performance environments Experienced in managing complex calendars, travel logistics, and executive communications Exceptionally organized and detail-driven, with a natural ability to bring structure to complexityA proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiativeA trusted partner who exercises sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism Spanish language proficiency is a major plus!
What You’ll Do: Manage day-to-day operations and act as a strategic administrative partner Coordinate meetings across time zones and proactively resolving conflicts Manage global travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and on-site arrangements Draft and manage communications, meeting notes, and presentation materials Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and high-profile relationships Bring structure to workflows, track follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
What Success Looks Like: The executive’s time is protected and optimized, with priorities clearly aligned Meetings, travel, and communications are executed flawlessly, even under tight timelines You consistently stay ahead of the curve, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise You bring calm, clarity, and confidence to a fast-moving environment
Salary Range: $120,000 – 130,000 annually, based on experience
