About the role
CHIRLA seeks a Deputy Director of Individual Giving in Los Angeles to lead donor strategy and fundraising initiatives across major gifts, legacy gifts, annual campaigns, and donor-advised funds. You will supervise staff and coordinate events, working closely with leadership and the Board to expand giving and sustain programs serving immigrant communities. Ideal candidates have at least five years in fundraising, strong grant and donor analytics, and bilingual English/Spanish communication
