If you're ready to start learning, growing and making an impact with a career in fintech, we'd like to know: Are you FIS?As a Card Production Associate, you will support the production and delivery of payment card products through high-volume manufacturing and fulfillment processes. You will operate production equipment, maintain quality standards and help ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Shift: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
What You Will Be Doing:
Operate card production, insertion, sorting and fulfillment equipment safely and efficiently Perform high-volume production activities to process card materials with accuracy Set up equipment, load materials, clear jams and address routine machine issues Monitor production output to ensure quality, productivity and service standards are met Complete production logs, reports and reconciliation activities accurately Inspect finished products and identify quality issues before release Follow documented operating procedures, security requirements and quality controls Communicate production concerns, equipment issues and workflow updates to leadership Maintain organized work areas and replenish production supplies as needed Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality and operational performance
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience working in a production, manufacturing, operations or fulfillment environment Ability to operate equipment and follow detailed work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Ability to adapt to changing priorities, workflows and production demands Ability to work overtime when business needs require
Preferred Qualifications:
