About the role

Education Minnesota is seeking a Field Staff to support union members and locals in St. Cloud, MN. You will work under the Director of Field Services to implement programs on membership growth, rights advocacy, organizing, and community partnerships. The role emphasizes engagement with NEA and AFT, anti-racist work, and ongoing staff training. Regular, full-time scheduling includes travel and evening/weekend duties as needed to advance the union’s goals.
