Responsibilities: Create and design floral arrangements tailored to client needs. Assist with the installation of floral displays at various event locations. Prepare materials and tools required for project execution. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines. Support event setup to ensure smooth and timely completion. Speed and quality work is a big criteria Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in floral design.
Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Expertise in floral arrangement and installation techniques. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Physical stamina to assist with installation tasks. Experience with wedding and event floral design. \nCompany
