Henry, the AI deal platform for commercial real estate, is seeking a Head of Growth in NYC to own the end-to-end growth engine. This in-office role expects 60+ hours per week and a focus on multi-channel demand generation across conferences, paid media, content, and events. You will own the growth plan, select shows, run events/webinars, and drive pipeline with a metrics-backed approach. Expect top-of-market compensation and a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
