About the role
Clarity Vision is an independent, 6 location private practice, seeking a full-time or part-time doctor of optometry for our Apex, NC location. To join our 5 doctor team you must be a compassionate optometrist who enjoys practicing full scope eye care. We are a busy independent family practice where disease management and medical optometry skills are a must. We have a modern office with a full complement of diagnostic equipment including Optos, OCT, Humphrey visual fields and FDTs, several anterior segment cameras, corneal and scleral topography. We offer our patients advanced dry eye programs including meibography, IPL, and RF, and have offered various myopia management options for more than a decade. We are involved in FDA trials and beta testing programs for various vendors. We employ a fantastic support team that is focused on personalized patient care. Apex is part of the Triangle (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) and benefits from rich cultural diversity. We've been ranked in the top 10 places to live for several years and was awarded #1 by Money Magazine due to our top notch schools, parks & greenways, and tight-knit community. Our team has a full portfolio of benefits including pre-tax health care & dental, 401k, profit sharing, bonus programs, and much more. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
