(EXCLUSIVE) DIRECTOR OF COMPLIANCE & ASSOCIATE COUNSEL – CLEVELAND, OHOur client, a growing multi-site healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced healthcare attorney to lead its enterprise compliance program and provide practical legal guidance across the business. This role will oversee compliance risk assessments, audits, investigations, training and corrective-action initiatives; advise on HIPAA, billing and reimbursement, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute and other healthcare regulations; and assist with contracts, policies and operational matters. Qualified candidates will have: J.D. and active bar membership 5+ years of healthcare legal and/or compliance experience Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory, privacy and reimbursement matters Experience conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions Excellent judgment and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical business guidance Experience with a physician practice, medical group or other multi-site healthcare organization is strongly preferred.
