About the role

Advocates is seeking a Skills Instructor to work with adults who have developmental disabilities at our Ashland Day Services location. The role is entry-level and involves hands-on support, teaching daily living skills, and promoting community integration. You will collaborate with a team including Case Managers and Program Managers, help develop Service Plans, and model positive behaviors while guiding participants through activities of daily living.
