Job Title: MIG Welder (Manufacturing)
Pay & Benefits: $18/hr, plus paid breaks and a paid 30-minute lunch. Contract-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term stability. Once hired in, benefits include medical (80/20 plan), dental, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid holidays, and 1 week of vacation after year 1.Hours & Location: Lorain, OHMonday-Thursday: 6:30am-3:00pmFriday: 6:30am-12:30pmDress code: jeans, t-shirt. Steel-toe boots required.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG welding to secure finished metal coils to metal pallets
  • Set up your work area, position materials, and follow weld instructions
  • Complete visual checks to confirm clean, consistent welds
  • Stay safety-focused and keep the welding area clean and organized
  • Work on your feet in a busy production environment and follow direction from the team
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior MIG welding experience (must have welded before to be considered)
  • Dependable attendance and the ability to work well with others
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods in a plant/manufacturing setting
  • Safety-minded and able to follow written and verbal instructions
