Minimum Requirements:
- Allied Health License for AZ or Compact as applicable
- Applicable recent experience in this work setting
- Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
Certifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree; current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy; BLS
Experience: 2 years
