DSP Shift LeadDSP Shift Lead, providing Direct Care, and overseeing Support Staff in the home for clients with disabilities (intellectual or behavioral). Being a Behavioral Support Supervisor is one of our most valuable roles here at Golden Heart. Golden Heart is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor to provide direct care and support daily operations in a home-like setting. This role blends hands-on caregiving with staff leadership and administrative responsibilities. If you have your Med Manager, CMA, or CNA please let us know in the interview! Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and medication support
Supervise, train, and support DSP staff
Coordinate schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage
Maintain accurate client and staff documentation
Address client/staff concerns and ensure a safe environment
Participate in care planning (ISP reviews) and team meetings

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 35 years DSP experience + 35 years administrative/leadership experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsAbility to work in a group home setting
Physically able to assist with client care tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Medication Manager or CMA3 year of caregiving, DSP, or related experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in community settings
Dependable, patient, and encouraging personality
