Position Type: Full-TimeMUST HAVE ASNT-TC -1A level II liquid Penetrant/Magnetic Partial We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) Operator for a precision-focused position in a clean, air-conditioned facility. This role is approximately 90% computer-based and requires someone who is comfortable working independently, following detailed procedures, and maintaining an extremely high level of accuracy. Because there is a very small margin for error, the ideal candidate will be focused, dependable, technically minded, and able to recognize inconsistencies or potential issues before they become problems. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and does not require constant supervision.
Responsibilities: Perform and support Non-Destructive Examination (NDE/NDT) processes according to established procedures and specifications. Operate computer-based inspection, testing, and data collection systems. Review and accurately enter examination and inspection data. Monitor test results and identify abnormalities, discrepancies, or out-of-spec conditions. Maintain detailed and accurate electronic records and documentation. Follow written procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and customer specifications. Verify information carefully before completing or releasing work. Communicate inspection concerns or questionable results to the appropriate personnel. Maintain an organized workstation and properly handle inspection equipment. Work independently while consistently meeting quality and productivity expectations. Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications: Previous NDE/NDT, inspection, quality, testing, manufacturing, or technical operations experience preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to learn specialized software and testing systems. Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy. Ability to follow highly detailed written procedures and specifications. Comfortable performing computer-based work for approximately 90% of the shift. Strong documentation and data-entry skills. Ability to recognize errors, inconsistencies, and unusual results. Must be dependable, organized, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Must be a self-starter who takes ownership of assigned work.

Pay Range: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
Work Environment: Clean, air-conditioned facility with the majority of the position performed at a computer/workstation.
