About the role
- Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact and friendly verbal greeting.
- Check guest identification whenever age restrictions are enforced
- Identify potential issues and respond in a proactive manner
- Communicate any potential issues to management with a sense of urgency as needed
- Monitor crowd to ensure that the number of guests and staff does not exceed location capacity *Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Desired Qualifications & Abilities Qualifications & Experience Minimum 18 years of age
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional guest service skills
- Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Specific scheduling requirements Benefits 401k plan with generous match with no wait period
