About the role

To support a growing legal team, the remote Licensed Commercial Law Director will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, revamp the contract review process with a focus on AI integration, and manage vendor contracts while leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Revamp and manage the contract review process for efficiency, emphasizing AI utilization Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and execution Lead a team while collaborating with enterprise revenue teams to support business development efforts Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited Law School and Bar Membership in good standing 10+ years of experience in an in-house legal team or law firm, specifically in commercial contracts Hands-on experience with AI tools for legal work, including contract review and negotiation Experience evaluating and implementing legal AI or contract lifecycle management platforms Proven track record of people management and mentoring direct reports
