Quality Manager
nomad powerWaterbury (VT)
About the role
The Quality Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and leads NOMAD's quality function as the company's senior quality authority, accountable for the Quality Management System, supplier and contract manufacturing quality, product compliance, and customer quality. Because NOMAD outsources its manufacturing, this role defines the quality standards our manufacturing partners and suppliers are held to and ensures those standards are consistently met. The role will initially have no direct reports, combining strategic ownership with significant hands-on execution while laying the foundation for a quality team as NOMAD grows. The position is on-site in Vermont or remote within the Northeast U.S., with regular travel to contract manufacturers, suppliers, and customer sites.
NOMAD offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, comprehensive health benefits, retirement savings plan matching, and professional development opportunities.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
