THE ROLE:
Todd & Associates is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of compelling marketing initiatives across proposals, digital channels, collateral, events, and client presentations. Collaborating with the firm leadership, you'll strengthen our brand, support strategic growth, and elevate how we connect with clients and the community. This is an on-site position.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Stay curious about market trends and help shape thoughtful strategies for the audiences we serve. Bring the marketing plan to life through coordinated initiatives that support the firm's long-term goals. Lead clear, compelling proposals, presentations, and qualifications packages from kickoff through delivery. Keep data, client references, staff résumés, and project information accurate and ready to use. Partner with our Graphic Designer and project teams to create polished collateral, graphics, and photography. Keep proposals, conferences, awards, and social campaigns moving with organized calendars and clear deadlines. Keep our website and social channels fresh, engaging, and true to our brand. Spot awards, publications, and promotional opportunities that help our work get noticed. Work across the firm to share our strengths through high-quality marketing and presentation materials. WHAT YOU BRINGCollaborative attitude. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience 3+ years' experience in marketing Creative writing skills. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills An eye for graphics Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) Active engagement in professional development.
