About the role
Marlo Laz is seeking a polished, client-focused, and highly motivated Full-Time Sales Professional to join our Madison Avenue boutique. This role is ideal for a luxury retail professional who is passionate about delivering an elevated client experience, cultivating long-term relationships, and contributing to sales growth within a refined boutique environment. Weekend availability is required, including both Saturdays and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Development Deliver a personalized and elevated client experience that reflects the Marlo Laz brand and values Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through proactive outreach and thoughtful follow-up Drive sales through strong product storytelling and a deep understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and pricing Support clienteling initiatives and contribute to achieving boutique sales goals Boutique Operations Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards throughout the day Assist with packing, shipping, messenger coordination, and inventory handling Monitor boutique supplies and communicate operational or maintenance needs as needed Support in-store events, trunk shows, and brand activations Store Presentation & Standards Uphold the overall presentation and cleanliness of the boutique, including light housekeeping tasks Ensure the sales floor and showcases remain organized, polished, and client-ready at all times Contribute to a collaborative, professional, and hospitality-driven store environment Qualifications 2+ years of luxury retail sales experience required Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a boutique team environment Jewelry experience preferred, though not required Must be comfortable working fully onsite in a luxury retail setting Consistent weekend availability required Compensation Competitive compensation plus commission.
