Ability to work independently with strong communications skills. Key Responsibilities and SkillsModel Development — Create detailed 3D models and drawings using BIM software like Revit and AutoCAD.Collaboration — Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Database Management — Maintain the project's BIM database with updated information and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Technical Support — Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and best practices. Quality Assurance — Conduct regular checks to ensure models meet quality standards and project requirements.
