Marketing Trainee Launch 513 | Cincinnati, OHFull-Time | In-Person | Entry LevelPaid Training | Leadership Development | Growth Opportunities Build the Skills to Lead a Business Launch 513 is expanding in Cincinnati, and we're looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our team as Business Leadership Trainees. This position is designed for individuals who want more than a traditional entry-level job. You'll learn how a growing organization operates from the ground up—developing experience in customer acquisition, sales, team development, campaign management, leadership, and business operations. No previous management experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching throughout your development.
What You'll Do: Your training will begin with learning the fundamentals of our business and client campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
  • Represent client products and services through face-to-face customer interactions
  • Learn customer acquisition, sales, and relationship-building strategies
  • Develop strong communication and presentation skills
  • Understand how individual performance contributes to overall campaign growth
  • Track goals, results, and key performance metrics
  • Participate in daily coaching and leadership development
  • Learn how to train, mentor, and motivate new team members
  • Assist with campaign execution and team performance
  • Develop foundational skills in business operations and project management
  • Take on increased leadership responsibilities as you progress
