About the role

Vitu is seeking an Learning and Development Specialist I to design, coordinate, and deliver high‑impact training across technical, customer-facing, and corporate roles. You’ll work cross‑functionally to foster a culture of continuous learning in a fast-paced tech environment. You will collaborate with SMEs to develop materials, deliver ILT and virtual sessions, and maintain LMS content while tracking program effectiveness and impact across the organization.
