Required Skills:
- Business or IT degree qualification
- Five or more years of project management experience in technology
- Experience in heavily regulated industries such as financial services Strong organizational skills for planning, implementation, and reporting
- Proficiency in managing full project lifecycle, including scope refinement and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to develop detailed project plans and track milestones
- Experience managing project budgets, risks, and issues
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, team members, and clients
- Knowledge of software tools such as Jira, TFS, and project management software
- Demonstrated leadership in engaging and managing virtual and global teams
- Ability to identify and escalate project risks as needed
- Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with infrastructure projects and large-scale technology initiatives
- Familiarity with SDLC artifacts and approval processes
- Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in resource allocation and tracking
- Customer-focused mindset with strategic planning capabilities
- Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of five years’ project management experience within the technology sector
- Proven success managing multiple large-scale projects on time and within budget
- Experience leading virtual and geographically dispersed teams
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment with some flexibility for remote or hybrid work arrangements
- Willingness to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Project management certifications (PMI, PMP, or equivalent) are a plus
- Travel expectations are minimal and should be confirmed during the interview process
- Ability to manage sensitive information in compliance with industry standards
