We are looking for proven leaders who take pride in delivering exceptional projects, maintaining safe and organized jobsites, building strong relationships with clients and trade partners, and leading teams to success.Our work includes ground-up commercial construction, large-scale retail remodels, occupied renovations, tenant improvements, and civil/site development for nationally recognized clients throughout the United States.If you're looking for more than just your next project—and want to build a long-term career with a company that values your experience, leadership, and dedication—we'd love to hear from you.Minimum QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent (Required) Experience managing big-box retail construction and remodels (Highly Preferred) Experience with civil/site construction, including: Utilities Grading Concrete Paving LandscapingBuilding Construction Site coordination Ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining project schedules Experience preparing and updating project schedules, look-aheads, and required weekly/monthly reports Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety requirements Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts Willingness to travel throughout the United States Primary ResponsibilitiesLead daily field operations from project startup through final completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owners Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved Enforce Jackson Dean Construction safety policies and OSHA compliance Conduct: Daily planning meetings Weekly subcontractor meetings Owner meetings Safety meetings Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery Ensure projects meet Jackson Dean Construction quality standards Identify and resolve field issues quickly while minimizing schedule impacts Build positive working relationships with owners, clients, inspectors, and subcontractors What We OfferCompetitive Compensation$95,000–$175,000 annually (Based on experience)BenefitsVehicle allowance Company-paid travel expenses Daily per diem for traveling superintendents Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Career advancement opportunities Long-term employment with a rapidly growing national contractor Opportunity to work with nationally recognized commercial clients Why Jackson Dean Construction?Jackson Dean Construction is a rapidly growing commercial general contractor specializing in:Large-scale retail new builds & remodels Occupied renovations Ground-up commercial construction Tenant improvements Civil and site development We currently perform work throughout:Washington Oregon Idaho Arizona Texas Kansas Missouri Nevada Michigan Minnesota…and continue expanding into additional markets across the country.Unlike many contractors, we aren't hiring for one project—we're building a team for the future.
