About the role

About the Role: Beckons is seeking an Associate, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Corporate Finance & Strategy team in Denver. Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Finance and Strategy, you will play a key role in financial planning, performance analysis and strategic decision-making across our global collection of luxury lodges. Your work will directly support senior leadership, providing clear, data-informed perspectives on financial performance, investment opportunities and strategic priorities. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing finance professional in the early stages of their career, ready to step up and deepen their exposure to corporate finance within a world-class luxury hospitality and experiential travel brand.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across the Group Supporting monthly P&L, cash flow and liquidity forecasting Delivering budget vs. actuals analysis with clear commentary on key drivers, risks and opportunities Assisting in the preparation of monthly management reporting, including Board and investor packs Preparing deliverables for lenders, insurers and investors, including covenant compliance reporting Supporting corporate finance activities, including debt management and funding-related analysis Building and maintaining financial models, including scenario modeling and ROI analysis Partnering with finance, operations and commercial teams to provide actionable insights Continuously improving financial reporting processes, tools and frameworks
About You: You are a commercially minded and analytical finance professional with a passion for turning numbers into insight that drives business decisions. You will ideally have:4+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A or corporate financeA tertiary degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, law, mathematics or a related fieldA background in audit, consulting or transaction services (preferred)CPA qualification, or working towards it (highly regarded)Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build robust financial models and work with large data sets, plus strong Word and Power Point skills Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights to finance and non-finance stakeholders Experience working across multiple geographies and time zones, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders in different countries High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Experience in hospitality or travel (a plus but not essential)Current US working rights
