- Job Requirements for the General Manager:
- Team Management of 20 + team members.
- Management experience in hospitality, food service, or retail.
- Positive, ambitious, guest service attitude
- Articulate and well-spoken communication.
- Open availability to work.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Knowledge of business financials: P&L, budgets, cost centers.
- Business savviness. Entrepreneur spirit.
Job Duties include:
Hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff and Managers.
Daily operations of retail and food service operations.
Coach and develop others – preparing the bench strength..Guest service – building a rapport and community of faithful customers.
Hands-on. Help where needed – especially during peak business times.
