The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our international market presence, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients and partners.ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion:Develop and implement strategies to expand company's market presence globally.Identify new business opportunities and target markets for animal and human nutrition products.Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Create and implement sales plans for key accounts and territories.Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.Provide guidance and support to regional sales teams.Lead negotiations with clients and partners to secure favorable agreements.Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Effectively manage a remote team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work culture.Utilize technology and communication tools to facilitate seamless remote work.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
