About the role

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Senior Dosimetrist to lead the dosimetry team within Radiation Oncology. You will guide plan design, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and drive quality improvements across treatment planning and protection protocols. The role requires CMD certification, a JRCERT-accredited program, and 3+ years of dosimetry experience. You will mentor staff, participate in QA initiatives, and ensure accurate dose delivery in a fast-paced clinical setting.
