About the role
To support a growing startup, the remote Capital Formation & Investor Relations Representative will leverage their professional network to identify and connect with accredited investors, book calls, and nurture relationships to facilitate fundraising efforts, with flexible commitment options available.
Key responsibilities
Work your network to reach out and ask for referrals to accredited investors
Book calls with qualified prospects and manage deal flow from sourcing to closing
Nurture investor relationships with updates and maintain engagement post-close
Required qualifications
Existing professional network that includes or can reach US accredited investors
Prior experience in investor relations or fundraising
Ability to generate activity independently without provided leads
Comfort in asking for referrals during conversations
Strong communication skills, both professional and persuasive
