Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating and industrial/commercial services. Elliot is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional to join our growing Contract Administration team, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple business lines. As a Contract Administration Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting essential operational tasks, strengthening workflow efficiency, and maintaining the high standards expected of our department. Your Key Responsibilities Subcontract Execution & Support Assist with subcontractor and vendor onboarding. Support the processing of a variety of contract‑related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Help oversee the lifecycle of subcontracts and related business agreements—from initial drafting and negotiation support to execution and renewal. Contribute to minimizing organizational risk through accurate document handling and adherence to procedural standards. Recordkeeping & Database Management Maintain subcontractor and vendor records, including prequalification documentation and updates. Manage administrative records for subcontractors, vendors, and prequalification files with precision and consistency. Project Coordination Manage multiple subcontractor agreements simultaneously while fielding requests from Operations. Prioritize and adapt to shifting timelines, maintaining efficiency in a dynamic environment. Document Control & Organization Maintain detailed records, track deadlines, and update databases to ensure seamless document retrieval and accurate reporting. Work closely with Operations, Legal, Finance, and other teams to ensure alignment and accurate information sharing Provide clear, professional communication to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Who We’re Looking For Education & Experience A business degree, certificate, or equivalent is beneficial but not required. Experience in administrative support, contract administration, or documentation‑heavy roles is preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe applications is essential. Ability to quickly learn and navigate digital record systems, workflows, and databases. Attention to Detail Strong accuracy in data entry, document review, and record maintenance. Ability to identify missing information, inconsistencies, or errors. Time Management & Organization Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks with strong follow‑through. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing demands. Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Able to interact professionally and effectively with internal teams and external partners. The Contract Administration Associate is a full‑time, 40‑hours‑per‑week hourly position. The anticipated work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
