Staff Experts, LLC is currently seeking to fill several Recruiter positions. If you are interested, please email us your resume and someone will call to schedule an interview appointment.Duties/Responsibilities: -Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools. -Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates. -Post job listings on various job boards. -Review applications and conduction initial phone screens and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate's qualifications and experience. -Build, manage and maintain our applicant tracking (ATS) database. -Onboard new hires such as new hire paperwork, background checks, drug tests, etc. -Help candidates update their resumes. -Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments -Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads -Attend local job fairs, trade shows and professional networking events -Perform various customer service-related activitiesRequirements:-Ability to pass a 7-year Background Check (Required)Schedule:(8:00AM – 5:00PM) Monday-Friday Staff Experts, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Contact Information: Staff Experts, LLC (Phoenix Branch) 602-666-6500 Office 602-391-2369 Fax www.staffexpertsinc.com
