About the role

We are a residential roofing company currently located in Elk Grove Village seeking an experienced Front Desk / Office Assistant to join our team. This is a busy, hands-on office position where multitasking is essential. We’re looking for someone who can stay organized, prioritize tasks, communicate professionally, and keep things moving when several things are happening at once.
Responsibilities include: • Answering incoming calls and entering customer information/call notes into our CRM• Managing and maintaining the office calendar• Pulling permits with local municipalities• Creating, organizing, and maintaining job files• General front desk and administrative support• Helping keep day-to-day office operations organized and on track
What we’re looking for: • Previous front desk/administrative experience required• Strong computer skills and ability to learn/use a CRM• Excellent phone and communication skills• Organized and detail-oriented• Able to multitask and shift priorities throughout the day• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative• Roofing, construction, or home-service office experience is a plus We have a laid-back, casual, and friendly office environment, but we are also a busy company and work hard. We’re looking for someone who can fit into that environment, keep up with the pace, and get things done.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $25/hour
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Hours: Part-time, with the potential for additional hours if desired
