About the Role:
Yale Fraser Properties is looking for a sharp, organized, and highly accountable Commercial Property Manager Associate to take ownership of a portfolio of commercial properties. 2+ years of property management, commercial real estate, or similar operations experience Experience leading onsite staff, assistant managers, or other team members Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with tenant relations, maintenance coordination, collections, and property operations Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Comfortable handling difficult conversations and solving problems independently Comfortable learning and working across multiple software platforms Based in or near Tampa, FL and able to work in-office
Preferred:
Commercial property management experience Experience independently managing multiple properties Experience with Rent Manager, Monday.com, or similar systems Experience with collections, evictions, vendors, and tenant lifecycle management Experience creating SOPs and process documentation Who Will Do Well Here Someone who is proactive, accountable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership. You should be able to handle a frustrated tenant, coordinate a maintenance issue, stay on top of collections, follow up with vendors, and keep multiple properties running without needing constant reminders. This is an opportunity for someone looking for more ownership than a traditional assistant property management role and room to continue growing within commercial real estate.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
