- Assist with real estate transactions by preparing and reviewing contracts, title documents, deeds, and closing statements
- Manage document review processes and document management software to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, government agencies, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and facilitate project timelines
- Maintain detailed records of transactions
- Draft correspondence and assist in the preparation of other documents related to real estate matters
- SkillsProven experience in real estate paralegal work with a strong understanding of residential, commercial and financing transactions
- Skilled in legal writing, drafting documents with precision and clarity while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Word processing tools, data entry procedures, filing systems, transcription and phone etiquette
- Experience using Qualia or similar closing software for efficient file handling
- Knowledge of procedural law requirements related to real estate transactions and litigation processes
- Demonstrated attention to detail in proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy in all legal support activities
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in English and Spanish.
- Paralegal certificate or relevant academic background preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
