About the role
OCR is working with a leading global credit hedge fund managing $15bn+ AUM, with a strong international presence and an established, sophisticated investment platform. The firm is looking to add a Senior Operations professional with strong credit experience to its team. Working closely with Portfolio Managers and Traders, you will support a broad range of credit strategies and products, with regular exposure to Front Office, Technology, P&L Control, Prime Brokers and external service providers. The role sits close to the investment process, covering day-to-day portfolio support, trade and position queries and coordination across internal teams and external counterparties. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to improvements across controls, workflows and reporting, including automation initiatives with Technology. We are looking for 5–7+ years of relevant experience from a hedge fund, asset manager, investment bank or fund administrator, together with strong credit product knowledge. Experience across structured credit, CDS/CDX, CLOs, CMBS, MBS, TBA, cash bonds or repo is particularly relevant. A strong opportunity to join a high-quality credit platform and build a long-term career within a growing global hedge fund. Please apply or get in touch for further information.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
