Farm/Personal Account Executive Bravera is hiring for a Farm/Personal Account Executive in Carrington, ND. This position is responsible for the retention, service, account development and product/service presentation to clients. Primary responsibility is to provide customer service along with cross-selling other products and services. MEASURES OF SUCCESS: Be a trusted advisor to Bravera Insurance clients. Offer exceptional customer service. Cross-sell other products and services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain new and renewal insurance business. Assist clients with their insurance changes/requests Build strong working relationships with co-workers and clients Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information. Process renewals, endorsements, and change requests Assist clients in submissions of claims Quote and remarket customer accounts as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES): Must be licensed in Property/Casualty insurance or be willing to obtain licensing within 90 days of employment.
