Meat Processing Meat Grinder Operator Location: Roseville, MI Pay: $17.00 per hour Shift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM3:00 PM

Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Meat Grinder Operator to process meat in a cold production environment. The operator will run grinding equipment, monitor product quality, and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities: Set up and operate meat grinding equipment. Load meat into the grinder and monitor the process for consistent results. Inspect product quality and report concerns to a supervisor. Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas. Follow all food safety and equipment safety procedures. Package, label, or move finished product as needed.

Requirements: Previous meat grinding experience is required. Rubber boots are required. Must be able to work in a cold environment. Must be able to stand throughout the shift and handle physical production work. Must be dependable and available for the full Monday Friday schedule.
