Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):* Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans* Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments* Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support* Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care* Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards* Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):* Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB* Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field* Strong communication and leadership skills* Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards* Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomesApply today and lead with purpose at Shining Steps ABA!
