- Complete computer-based training and hands on proficiency exam up to CSA duties
- Operate point-of-sale computer system
- Role of Courtesy Technician, (CT)
- Complete computer-based training and hands on proficiency exam for Courtesy Technician dutiesAssists with tire rotation, if applicable
- Vacuum interior floors
- Clean exterior windows
- Role of Upper Bay Technician, (UBT)
- Complete computer-based training and hands on proficiency exam for Upper Bay Technician dutiesAssists with tire rotation, if applicable
- Inspect key components
- Inflate tires
- Check and fill various fluids
- Oversee the overall flow of assigned vehicle to increase throughput and efficiency
- Assists Courtesy Technician, Lower Bay Technician and Customer Service Advisor as needed
- Role of Lower Bay Technician, (LBT)
- Complete computer-based training and hands on proficiency exam for Lower Bay Technician duties
- Drain oil and replace oil filter
- Check and fill all gearboxes
- Lubricate chassis
- Perform ancillary lower bay services
- Valid driver's license is required
- Able to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions
- Exceptional customer service and customer relations skills are essentialAbility to work in a professional, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees
- Ability to provide appropriate technical communication to customers
- Ability to practice fairness and diplomacy as well as the ability to problem solve is essentialAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; work in awkward positions; transfer oneself from one work level to another; and move materials from one height to another
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- High-school diploma/GED
