About the Role: As a Freelance Product Retoucher / Render Artist, you will play a key role in customising prospective customer presentation decks to support the company's global expansion into private-label and co-branded retail. In this role, you will adapt master pitch decks by swapping brand marks, recolouring 3D renders, and re-compositing hero photography to match each prospect's brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented artist to take ownership of a fast-turnaround visual pipeline and directly influence high-stakes client acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities: Customize templatized pitch decks for prospective clients by seamlessly integrating custom brand marks, logos, and running headers/footers. Recolour 3D product renders (body, lid, agitator, handle, and accent trims) across multiple core SKUs to match specific brand palettes or custom colourways. Adjust and re-composite lifestyle and hero photography using color grading, spot relighting, and advanced masking to ensure realistic product representation in new colour schemes. Maintain strict visual consistency by preserving house layouts, grids, typography systems, and copy structures across all presentation updates. Deliver high-quality, client-ready PDF decks alongside fully editable source files within strict 2–3 day turnarounds. Manage an ad hoc visual pipeline averaging approximately 5 pitch projects per month, balancing quick colour swaps with full brand overhauls.
Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in high-end product retouching, color grading, and 2D/3D render compositing (Required).Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for complex masking, relighting, color matching, and deck layout preservation (Required).Proven experience with Pantone and brand colour-matching systems (Required).Comfortable recolouring 3D product renders, either from source files (KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D) or via 2D compositing from flat renders (Required).Strong portfolio demonstrating product recolouring, render editing, and retouching expertise (Required).Prior experience working in fast-paced agency, eCommerce, or multi-client visual pipelines (Preferred).
