About the role

Ruby's Place, operating as Restorative Pathways, is seeking a Case Manager for the Tracy, CA shelter. This in-person, full-time role supports residents in attaining housing stability, coordinating services, and navigating resources with a trauma-informed, survivor-centered approach. You will engage participants, complete assessments, develop service plans, manage a high caseload, and collaborate with Residential Advocates and leadership to ensure coordinated care.
