About the role
Under limited supervision of the Director of Dentistry: Provides direct care to inmate population. Maintains dental health and delivery services at assigned dental clinic for assigned inmate population. Manages and supervises assigned dental assistant personnel. Manages and supervises operations at the assigned dental clinic to ensure compliance with appropriate standards. As directed by the Director of Dentistry, provides dental care at institutions other than the assigned institutions. Resume preferred but not required.
SCDC Minimum Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited dental school with dental experience. Licensure to practice dentistry in South Carolina, current federal and state DEA.Prefer 3 years of dental experience and CPR certification.
