About the role

Agassiz Village in the Greater Boston/Poland, ME area seeks a Camp Director to lead operations, program quality, camper experience, staff culture, safety, accreditation, and enrollment strategy. This full-time, year-round role reports to the Executive Director, with four days per week in Framingham, MA or Poland, ME, and onsite residency during May–August. Compensation is $100,000 to $120,000, plus benefits and summer housing at camp.
