- To facilitate patient care by assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing the patient, treatment rooms and instruments.

- Review patient charts daily
- Prepare rooms for treatment-Obtain patient x-rays in accordance to regulations
- Maintain/Clean your work environment
- Greeting patient and preparing them for treatment
- Assist dentist in chairside procedures
- Managing patients and families
- Providing detailed post-care instructions
- Explaining procedures and expectations
- Cleaning up the patient after treatment
- Reviewing oral hygiene techniques and its importance
- Maintaining accurate dental records in our electronic record system
- Digital scanning with Itero scanner
- Delivering appliances
- Promote the office
- Changing out wires and brackets
- Adjusting fit of clear aligners such as Invisalign
- Adjusting retainer fit
- BLS Certification
- Dental X-ray Certification 1+ years dental assisting experience required, orthodontic experience preferred
- Background check
- Experience with Electronic Dental Records desired
- X-Ray Certification (Required)
- Ability to Relocate:
- Rochester, MI 48307: Relocate before starting work (Required)
