Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (Defense Sector)

Travel: Up to 10%A leading global consultancy and premier federal partner is looking to expand their high-impact data science team in Huntsville. We are seeking a versatile Data Analyst to support a critical Department of Defense (DoD) program. This is an opportunity to work on a multi-disciplinary team delivering advanced technical solutions in support of national security missions.
The Role: In this position, you will bridge the gap between complex data engineering and actionable intelligence. You will be responsible for building robust data pipelines, maintaining data integrity, and developing sophisticated visualizations that drive decision-making for high-level federal stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities: Execute technical projects involving data engineering, analysis, and data science. Architect and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes. Create interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI) to translate complex datasets into insights. Ensure all data solutions adhere to strict federal security protocols and management best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve sophisticated analytical problems.
Minimum Qualifications: Clearance: Active and maintainable Secret Federal/DoD clearance.
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Data Analysis.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution. Preferred Skills & Technical Stack: Strong coding proficiency in Python or R.Direct experience utilizing Palantir Foundry. Hands-on experience designing ETL programs and data reconciliation interfaces. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
