Training in office management preferred. Possess three years of successful secretarial experience. Possess above average knowledge of general office procedures. Excellent recommendations from previous employers. Ability to demonstrate high professional and ethical standards. Ability to demonstrate clear and concise written and oral communication skills. Possess effective organizational skills and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with administrators, school staff, and community members. Ability to promote effective communication and interpersonal relations among administrators, school staff, and community members. Possess computer competencies and familiarity with emerging technologies.
