Backed by BlackRock's Diversified Infrastructure business, Jupiter Power has a strategic and established portfolio of 787.5/1375 of utility-scale energy storage projects operating or in construction in the U.S., with a leading pipeline of over 11,000 MW in active development.We are looking for a highly organized and proactive office coordinator to support our growing Austin office and ensure smooth daily operations. This will be a temporary, contract role to start and will be on-site at our Austin office for approximately 30 hours per week. The initial term of the agreement will be 120 days with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in business operations and wants to get their foot in the door of a leading organization in the renewable energy space.This role will be based out of our Austin, TX office and subject to our return-to-office policy.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distributionMonitor and route communications via the company's email and phone systemMaintain accurate tracking systems for mail and correspondenceManage inventory of office supplies, promotional items, and snack stockPartner with IT to support the onboarding and offboarding processes by ensuring all workstations are equipped with necessary hardwarePoint person for office vendors, maintenance, and similar service providersHelp coordinate office meetings, team events, and employee engagement activitiesHelp ensure that all employees adhere to office security and safety proceduresMaintain cleanliness and organization of office common areasQualifications:3+ years of office administration, facilities coordination, or similar experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft OfficeInterest in the renewable energy or battery storage industry a plusJupiter Power does not discriminate based on a candidate's race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, status as a protected veteran, disability, or any other protected class.
