What You’ll Do
As a Senior, you will step into critical roles across client engagements, helping companies solve complex accounting challenges and improve their financial operations.
You may take on responsibilities such as:
Interim Senior Accountant
Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
Support and execute month-end close processes
Assist in preparing accurate financial statements and reporting
Interim Accounting Manager
Improve accounting processes and workflows
Review team deliverables and ensure accuracy and compliance
Partner with client leadership to address operational challenges
Special Projects Support
Assist with financial due diligence and transaction support
Identify risks, opportunities, and key accounting considerations
Work alongside leadership on high-impact, time-sensitive initiatives
Work location varies by engagement, it might be remote, but we ask that you are open to commuting within your major metro
Opportunity to work with both local South Florida and national clients
Flexible time off (no accrual model)

What You Bring
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s and/or CPA strongly preferred)
2+ years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public and industry
Core Skills:
Strong technical accounting foundation
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Confidence operating in new or evolving environments
Technical Tools:
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Exposure to tools such as FloQast, Blackline, Workiva, or Carta is a plus
