About the role

Managing the planning and execution of acquisitions and divestitures, the full-time remote Manager of Portfolio Execution will coordinate integration activities, support cross-functional collaboration, and track performance metrics to ensure business continuity and value creation. Key responsibilitiesCoordinate integration and separation activities across functional teams to ensure value creation and business continuity Establish strong working relationships with various business functions to create clear execution plans and track interdependencies and risks Monitor KPIs and milestones for integration success, providing updates to executive leadership and facilitating communication among stakeholdersRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree and 5+ years of professional experience in the healthcare industry or adjacent fields Proven track record in supporting complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment Outstanding project and program management skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities In-depth knowledge of the M&A/divestiture process and related business principles
