This role is responsible for driving product strategy, innovation, commercialization, and overall portfolio performance for a growing consumer-focused organization. This executive will lead cross-functional teams across product management, product development, content, research, and operational functions while partnering closely with senior leadership to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization. Identify market opportunities through analysis of customer needs, industry trends, competitive activity, and business performance. Partner with executive leadership to establish priorities, drive innovation, and support long-term growth initiatives. Oversee product positioning, pricing strategy, and portfolio management. Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams to support successful product launches and business objectives. Provide strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership. Maintain high standards for product quality, accuracy, compliance, and customer experience. Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and scalable processes across the organization.
